• Access to most online resources is restricted to Capilano University students and faculty. This includes Discovery (full access), databases, eBooks and most journals. 
  • You must have a CapU account.
  • Once you click on an online resource, you will be prompted to enter your myCapU credentials:
    • username: firstnamelastname (same as the beginning of your CapU email address)
    • password: set by you at first CapU login
  • Forgot your password?
  • If you're being asked for a username and password and don't see the CapU logo, then something is wrong. Check the Troubleshooting section below.
  • If you continue to get a login page from another company, contact us.

Troubleshooting

  • Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari should all work, but this can sometimes help pinpoint whether the problem is with your favourite browser's settings.
  • Make sure Javascript and cookies are enabled. Usually this is the default setting, but this might have been changed in your browser. Check your browser's help website to find out how to enable these.
